Initial Consultation

To get started, I will send over a New Client form along with all the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) that need to be signed before any work can begin. This ensures that all details and expectations are clear from the outset.

Sketch Approval

I will sketch out the pieces for you and send over the sketches for your approval. This step ensures you are kept up to date throughout the process and are satisfied with the initial design before I proceed with the final painting.

Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the final price is required before the painting can be started. This policy is detailed in the T&Cs provided with the New Client forms.

Final Payment and Shipping

Once the painting is completed, I require the final payment before the artwork is shipped. Shipping is included within the quoted price for any deliveries to a single UK Mainland address. Please note that deliveries outside the UK may incur an additional charge.

Custom Quotes

Pricing is quoted for each individual order based on the estimated time to create the final piece. This allows for a tailored approach to meet your specific needs and preferences.

Lead Time

The lead time for a painting is approximately 2–3 weeks, excluding national holidays. This timeframe is subject to change depending on the current workload. If you have a specific date by which you need the artwork, please let me know, and I will work with you to meet the deadline if possible.
